We are honored to assisit this estate with offering the household furniture, glassware, patio sets, bikes and yard items at auction.
If you are the winner of larger items, please bring help to load on removal day. I have been laid up for three months and cannot lift or load furniture. It will take at least four strong folks to move the marble table, sectionals and bedroom sets.
Everything in this beautiful home has been well cared for and loved. Please preview April 1st 10:00 a.m. to noon at 1333 S Broadway Ave in Saul Rapids, MN to appreciate what is on this auction.
Auction starts closing at 6:00 p.m. April 2nd with removal by appointment Tuesday April 4th starting at 9:00 a.m.
Due to back surgery, the buyers will need to bring help to move and load anything over 50 pds
Terms are cash, good bank check or credit card with admin fee paid at removal.
Four items will need to be picked up April 6th at our property. We have them stored at this time. They will be marked as to removal.
